BUDGET

We are now at the end of the design phase, during which we have verified the viability of our project, consulting professionals and experts in the field of scenography, communication and audio-visual arts. After a first analysis we can safely say that everything that we are planning is feasible using specific technology and technical skills; on the other hand we cannot have certainty about some practical aspects and neither how much all the show will finally cost. To end up with the complete and definitive budget, it is necessary to enter the second work phase: the pre-production. 

 

This phase is really important, because it will enable us to understand exactly which way, how much time and how many people will be necessary to complete the project. In order to do all this, the funding we require is about 30k. With this sum we will be able to cover all the preproduction costs: travels from Italy and Spain to Gibraltar of key technical personnel engaged; accommodation expenses; and above all pay the actual work of all the components of our team. We already know which and how many are the aspects to be clarified to arrive at the next phase. Browsing our website, you will be able to understand  which way we want to continue.

 

At the end of this phase, we will have reviewed the conceptual design and made some changes. Authorisations will have been applied for and received. The Final Design will be accomplished so we can conclude the preliminary project and start with the real production. Final Design involves much more detailed drawings and definitive decisions. It will include all technical items needed for the mise-en-scene. We will present costumes, scenography plans, and a concrete audiovisual project. Dramaturgical specifications will be included to explain the drawings, so it will be possible to know the detailed outcome of our project. A final cost estimate will be included as well. Our producers will work towards giving an accurate figure. At the end of this phase, the patrons will be able to decide to promote or reject the project.

 

After this, we will be ready to enter the next phase: the production of the show.
