Work done until now

To verify, confirm and improve our idea, we contacted theatre professionals, audiovisual designers and communication experts. The creation of a multidisciplinary and synergic group is essential to achieve the result we imagined and understand how to achieve what we set out to do.

A scenographer completed our proposal, identifying which materials could be used to make the stage elements as light and manoeuverable as possible.

A costume designer helped us decide which character needed a more specific typecasting and which did not.

A key member for the production of the audiovisual effects is Mauro Mastronicola, executive producer and expert in communication, closely connected with Abstract:Groove, an integrated creative, production and design studio based in Milan.  He identified all the possibilities and requirements the audiovisual presence requires, and the best configuration to achieve what we want. The massive use of audiovisual effects that the play suggests,  encouraged us to think not just in a theatrical production, but also in a complete movie production, using the theatre as a film set. The idea is to use

Abstract:Groove’s services to produce all the mise en scene.

Starting from the first formulation of the author, we have conceived a way to realise it, to give form to a multi-language show based on the cooperation of different kinds of art.

We could finally establish an action line in order to achieve our dramaturgical goals, and meanwhile, to produce a documentary-movie of the play. This could give a higher reverberation to our experiment and provide a compendium of the experience.
